Oh please oh please oh please
So Thrustmaster has released a teaser video:

Notice that the stall they are in is 360. Oh man please let this be a wheel for the 360. I would love to see Fanatec have some competition on the xbox. Even better if its a wheel that would work with their F1 rim. God I would be spending money in a hearbeat on that.
My prediction is that they are going to announce an Xbox 360 compatible rim for the T500RS wheel. I also think that they will sell it as a package, with the T500 wheel and pedals, or separately, if folks already have the T500.
Ohhh another option other than a CSR Elite.... glad I havent pulled any triggers yet lol.
I saw another teaser video this morning from Thrustmaster. It looks like they are going to release an Xbox 360 compatible, Ferrari themed force feedback wheel and pedal set. They plan to announce it on August 15, according to the video. ISR will be covering it. The video also mentions "multiple functionalities", which suggests to me that this wheel will be compatible with PS3 and PC, in addition to Xbox 360. Thrustmaster's current Xbox compatible wheel, the 458 Italia, lacks force feedback and it is not compatible with PS3, only Xbox and PC.
Here is a link to the second teaser trailer:

Ammo, you might want to re-title this thread to be something like - New Thrustmaster Force Feedback Wheel.
Zero
If you haven't already (Link me up to it if you have) how about a critique on I believe is the Thrustmaster you have now (Maybe PC Only?) and the Elite Wheel. I, like Ammo, would love to see some competetion out there for Fanatec. I mean WTF...A $550 Wheel that is not compatible with your headsets...Come the FK on!
P.S. And YES it still pisses me OFF!!! Wasted 7 months of playing time on account of it.
Here you go, here is the link to my thoughts on the Thrustmaster T500RS wheel and pedals, the THR8S shifter and the F1 wheel rim. The bottom line is this, if you must have Xbox compatibility and want a high end wheel, go with the CSR Elite, but be careful about running it on maximum force feedback. If you are focusing primarily on PC and/or PS3, then the T500RS is a great option.

I recently tried a Clubsport wheel and V2 pedals, and so I might do a follow up thread on how the Clubsport compares to the CSR Elite and T500RS.

U Da Man!!!

First thoughts are that is a very dodgy placement of the Xbox button...It should be well out of the way of an accidental tap.
looks very interesting, i've been toying with the idea of a Fanatec or G25/G27 rig for a while now since i moved over to Xbox (my old Logitech DFP served me well for PC!) i think its going to come down to price point plain and simple for me, if the Fanatec value bundle is a similar price I think they'd have to do an amazing job with this wheel to tempt me away! And agreed on the Xbox button placement Knight, looks a bit strange!
