Purchasing 1 car for sure. 

The only other ones that interest me at all is the Sauber, Pug & Triumph.  The Lincoln would be kinda cool to pit up against the Impala...but not enough interest from me to part with any monies.

The rest I could give 2 shits about.

That was the other big boat that was escaping my mind. 

Was hoping for TR6 but any triumph will do. +1 on the 302 and the Camaro could be good. We got our first one at work a few weeks ago. The SS makes me go meh, but the ZL-1 is totally bitchin'. Looks evil wit the black rims and those big sticky tires stuffed under it. To bad it's destined to be a garage queen like MOST of the pussy ass corvette owners around here. Sorry off topic but could find a way off my soap box. It's so tall and I was frightened. 

You know what the best part about shopping for a Corvette is?

They generally have more miles on the buffer than they do the tires.  

I have a customer with a '08 Z06. He made us stop sweeping the service drive so we wouldn't stir up extra dust. I can't roll down the window for fear of getting dust in it. The mechanics are not allowed in it, I am the only one allowed to drive it. He has a three car garage but does not allow other cars to be parked with the vette, door dings. He paid the extra $ Togo and take delivery at the factory and now has framed all of the things he got off of the assembly line. He really is a super nice guy but OCD nuts. No one in our shop wants to be near that car, let alone work on it. 

Those are the guys that make me want a Corvette.

I'd take it straight to the track and rail the piss out of it.....and watch them cringe as it comes back in to the pits w/ balled up rubber pasted across the nose and fenders along w/ the wheels being covered in brake dust from track pads.  

The first C6 Z06 I saw was at an autocross (not running, just parked).  My first thought, "Ooo, anthricite wheels on a black Z06...very nice."  As I walk up to the car, "Holy shit....that's brake dust!  Ok, that guy just earned some serious rep from me."  The best part was.....it still had a temp plate on the back!    He had the car less than a month, and already had it out at Pacific Raceways & Portland International Raceway for track days.  

Mercedes, Scion and specially Pug  Everything else - meh

Stewie and I will be in our Triumph's..I see a Topless series coming real soon...low end, between D and B, will have to look them over. I may have to lean on Cyber a tad for some tune research, hehe.

Maybe we can get Playboy to sponsor it like the Miata series.

What time? I'm looking at a 4pm-5pm ish EDT time, for the Euro's and early east coasters. I can't take the 10-11 pm crowd.

The only car I want is the Peugeot, it is my favourite rally car of all time. I do hope it's the free car.

I bet it'll be either the Hyundai or the Scion as the free car.

heard a rumor, and rumor only, that freebies the Hyundai, BUT not a confirmed speculation as of yet.

As for the 302, that's my guess as well.

Oh well, I guess all we can do is wait.

I would expect the Sauber to be the "Pack Only" car.  As has typically been the case w/ most of the R1 race cars.  But who knows, if T10 knows they have a massive market itching for the Boss...I wouldn't put it past them to take advantage of it to get more full pack purchases.

The PUG is way to good a car to be free Group b legend after all.
