Yeah my budget has been pushed to breaking point what with the new PC, two monitors and having to replace the Xbox that has just died...so Forza will remain single screen no matter how much I want that on three screens too...I would also need another HDMI monitor and it was hard enough to explain why I had to by a fifth monitor as it was smiley

I was only able to finance the extra PS3s and Xboxes by trading in a bunch of mostly portable PSP and Nintendo DS games and systems that were collecting dust.  Gamestop had an incredible trade in deal that got me approximately $900 in trade-in credit.  Otherwise, I would not have done the PS3 and Xbox triple screens.  But, now that I have the triple screen set up for both games, I cannot live without it.

Heh that actually got put on the back burner, having to replace the Xbox put a hole in the budget and something had to go, I decided the triple screen was the most important. To be honest the new computer boots in half the time despite running on the same HDDs so not too upset.

Yay the last monitor arrived today, the set up for triple screen was fairly painless, took a while for me and the computer to agree where exactly where each monitor was but after fifteen minutes or so of argument we finally came to agreement and I fired up the first sim...Wow what a difference, immersion and then some. In fact when I fired up pCars and went on a long coastal drive full of twists and turns I had to stop because I was feeling car sick LOL The GTX 670 has handled it with aplomb only the 2gb card but every sim on full eye candy ran smooth and stutter free. So one happy puppy smiley...holy shit we have loads more emotacons 4

About the screen freeze thing, anyone else experiencing a huge lag after the race ends, long enough to think you're locked up, sound hangs, everything, and then it pushes through...

Seems to have started AFTER I downloaded the last car pack...54

Assume your talking Forza...There was an odd moment during track night when after choosing a car the game just sat on a black screen...cant remember the text but I was there for a couple of minutes, could still hear everyone in the lobby and they could hear me. Thought it had crashed but then I was back in the lobby as if nothing had happened...I thought no more about it until your post...I see Dood is messing again,2 now we have giant emotacons

Yeah, Jimmee and I were discussing the timing, and it seems to be related to the last car pack. I bought it a day late and it was fine until right after the download.

The forum seems a tad unstable this morning. Stuff isn't editing easily and pics are a tad weird in size, cars too.

Im

not married (might as well be though) lol but my GF encourages my "sim racing" because she knows it satisfies that need to go fast. In her mind she rather me race from my living room rather in my real car. Its cheaper too lol.
