King's Fall Raid, Fri, Jan 8
Sign up here for the King's Fall raid on Friday, Jan 8 at 9pm Eastern/6pm Pacific. We usually run for about three hours more or less. I was thinking that we should perhaps try our second fresh hard mode run, but a normal run, possibly including the Oryx challenge, is another possibility. Discuss below! If we do hard mode, we'll need you to have 300 light or more, which is good enough for the early parts of the raid. If normal, then 290 will do. If you are one of the first five posters, we will be counting on you. If you need to change plans, we understand, but post here again as soon as possible so we can find a replacement. If there are already five participants, please consider signing up as an alternate. Stuff happens, even at the last minute
In, hopefully we can at least take down the War Priest and get some good loot.

I have Guard this weekend. I'll have to catch up with you guys next Friday.
So we have a total of four players plus an alternate signed up. Seems like "Kill Oryx more" did not make too many people's New Year's Resolution list! There are two additional players (plus our alternate) who wanted to do a normal mode raid starting half an hour later. So hopefully we can at least join up with them somehow and make a full raid group.
My brother in law wants to run the raid, he has still not finished it. I keep telling him to sign up on here. He has ran with us a few times RaDarkman.
With Darkman, we could have a full group, at least by 9:30, when Hammerdrake becomes available.

I'll check my xbox messages when I'm done (sometime 9-9:15) if I'm needed, I'll rush home ASAP.
I'll be online tonight starting at 9 to form a party and get organized.

If you're still short, you might coordinate with Cha0s qc, Blamnation, Dr Jojo ccm, or DEEP NNN since Chao's over 50 raid group (9:30 start time) may be well short. I won't be able to make either raid tonight. Maybe next week.
SoulTerror, OldnAchy, BKVic, Ra Darkman, Vaht Vokuree and myself ran tonight. The network gods were not kind, and we saw a lot of glitching and drop outs from chat and the fireteam. After enduring for a long while, we switched back to normal mode and quickly went through the Warpriest before it got late.
I did get several clips of special "wiping" animations. When I get a chance I will put something together and post it here. The positive thing about going back to normal was getting the newer players experience thru the War Priest and with a bit less stress. On hard mode we really hit a wall at the Totems. Network/server issues certainly didn't help.
