King's Fall Raid, Fri, Feb 19
Sign up here for the King's Fall raid on Friday, Feb 19 at 9pm Eastern/ 6pm Pacific. No raid experience necessary, but you should be at least 290 light and have a decent, high-impact sniper, like the 1000 Yard Snare for sale at the Vanguard vendor. We usually run for about three hours more or less. Lately we've been running normal mode to see how far we can get. The Oryx Challenge will be up this week, so we might attempt that as well. If you need to change plans, we understand, but post here again as soon as possible so we can find a replacement. If there are already five participants, please consider signing up as an alternate. Stuff happens, even at the last minute

Nice stuff, Blam! I hope everyone gets a chance to read it. There are a lot of details that I've never seen before.
I'm still on for Fri but I may be a last minute no show.

Has anyone been able to get an Oryx CP yet? I tried on Wednesday to no avail.

DEEP_NNN, Tenryuu N7, OldnAchy, Ra Darkman, Soul Terror, and myself ran the raid tonight. Oryx is dead! This was the first time we did the complete normal mode raid from front to back in one night, and in one hour and forty-five minutes at that! A major milestone for our Friday night group. Congratulations, guys! We were so fired up that we started a fresh hard mode run, but were short one person, so we stopped after the ship jumping puzzle. Next week!
Let's not forget we missed the challenge by 1 bomb Friday night, but we killed him anyway for Deep to get his Touch of Malice.
