Holy crap, that came back again quickly...
Don't forget, there's also a chance to get the Vienna Singer ship from this mission. Don't need it, but would love to have it. I'm just not skilled enough to get through that mission without some serious help.
We went into this mission yesterday, just for the Daily. Talk about weird glitches.
The second set of doors were open. So we walked right through and carried an orb with us. Tried the extra orb at the third door but it wouldn't work. While in the 3rd level, some stranger sent a fireteam invite. Cleared the level and opened the door normally. Got to the surface and 'no end of game' notice. So we checked out Anchor of Light. Still nothing. Tried going back to the 2nd level but the door was locked. Had to redo the Daily.
Good to know, Achy! I kinda got carried through it way back when I got my spindle. I'd be interested to try again and see how hard it is now that I've gained quite a bit of light. I'll try to keep an eye out here and on the xbox in case someone wants to team up and run it.
With an efficient group, it's really not that bad now. I did it twice yesterday with SC and Kal and we had no problems. However, they are both very good players and familiar with the mission so that makes a difference.
Granted, it's still a tough mission, but I feel like it's a little easier to stay alive now.
If you see KalSC and me playing, shoot a message and we'll be glad to help next time it's the daily story (or with Paradox for anyone that hasn't started the No Time to Explain quest, for that matter) as KalSC still grumbles that she hasn't yet gotten the ship...

I found running Striker worked better then defender. Need to kill adds as quick as possible and the flash bangs are awesome for crowd control.

Vienna Singer. First time we completed, two out of three got the ship, but no one got a ship yesterday.
