Year 2 Moments of Triumph
This year's "Moments of Triumph" were revealed today and we have until the launch of Rise of Iron on Sept 20th to complete.
Thankfully, I've already finished my list, but I'm more than happy to help others with their "moments".
The Year Two Moments of Triumph are:
A Blade Reborn: Complete any of the Exotic sword quests from Shaxx
Eris Morn's Revenge: Collect all 50 Calcified Fragments
The Sword Logic: Defeat Oryx in the King's Fall Raid on Hard difficulty
Return to the Reef: Complete the April quests "At The Gates" and "Return to the Prison"
The Play's The Thing: Complete the Taken King main questline, culminating in "Regicide."
Challenge of the Elders: Complete an Elder's Sigil scorecard in the Prison of the elders.
This is Amazing: Complete the Crucible questline culminating in "The Mountaintop."
The Third Element: Equip a fully leveled Year Two subclass on any character.
So, what do you need help with completing?
I'm almost there! Got 2 calcified fragments still (scent chest & oryx challenge) and a hard mode king's fall to do.
So... when are we doing KF HM? :)
Good question. Some salvage points and KF HM are the only 2 chievos I have left to do. Definitely would be up for training for that. I have completed all the fire fights on HM except for Oryx himself. Definitely a lot more hectic than NM, has a few twists, but is doable.
If this helps - to get the HM completion, you only need to complete the Oryx checkpoint - in other words you don't have to do the entire HM raid. So if someone can grab a HM Oryx checkpoint, that would give the fireteam more time to focus on getting through that.
Just need to kill Orxy on hard and the crucible one.

Happy to help out with HM Oryx, and I do think it is achievable by most of our 2o2p raiders, but there is a considerable learning curve to be climbed. The main challenge would be getting enough practice in in a short enough interval so steady progress in learning is possible. This is probably just a fantasy, but if we could find a two-hour time window that would work for several of us for most days of the week, and start on Tuesday, I think there is a good chance that we'd be able to knock Oryx down before the week is out.
My deaf team managed to take down Warpriest, Golgoroth, and Daughters in one night on HM Wednesday. But the Oryx challenge is a damn bitch.
SC Fnord Ranger & myself are willing to join a nightly raid party. We are usually available between 8-10pm eastern. Later on weekends.
I really need to complete KF Hard for the last fragment (Oryx challenge). Last night, my deaf team has a frustrating time in the Oryx challenge stage - two players (whose light level is in 330-5 range, higher than mine) aren't good at this. We're trying our best. Killing both ogres and Hive knights with swords...sheesh. We're trying to get all 16 black blights intact so we can detonate them in all and dramatically reduce Oryx's health.

I saw a reminder posted on Reddit recently and thought I would drag this thread up from the dead. The last chance to get calcifieds for the KF raid challenge modes & Court of Oryx tier 3 for MoT are upon us. We only have one week of each left before ROI launches. Tomorrow's reset should be Golgoroth/Kagoor, week after, Oryx/Thalnok, and the final week is Warpriest/Balwur.
Good news for anyone still needing to collect a calcified fragment in the raid - all three raid challenges are active this week! Go get 'em!
I've heard, but not confirmed, that the Court of Oryx Tier 3 bosses are rotating too.
All I have left is "Oryx Hard."
Show him some pictures of your mom -- it worked for me :)
