King's Fall Raid, Fri, September 2
Sign up here for the King's Fall raid on Friday, September 2 at 9pm Eastern/ 6pm Pacific. No raid experience necessary, but you should be at least 300 light and have a decent, high-impact sniper, like the 1000 Yard Stare for sale at the Vanguard vendor. We usually run for about two hours more or less. If you need to change plans, we understand, but post here again as soon as possible so we can find a replacement. If there are already six participants, please consider signing up as an alternate. Stuff happens, even at the last minute.

Ranger and I could be available if needed for a second raid.
I think Adam and possibly gmantx could use a hard mode completion, so what do you say we try for that? Would be fun if we got all the way through it Friday evening, but since that has never happened before, most likely we will end up with a checkpoint that the Sunday morning crowd will have as an option.

Ra Darkman, SoulTerror, OldnAchy, Hammerdrake, gmantx, and myself (Krak64) ran the hard mode raid this evening. We got as far as knocking down the Sisters, so an Oryx checkpoint is available to any that want it. Good job, guys!
I was watching the twitch stream but it was when Achy got kicked to orbit. Saw some of the Warpriest attempts.
I do believe the firefly bug has never been fixed. Not only did I get kicked to orbit but I had to unplug my XBOX to shut it down. It was also strange that even though my controls and XBOX were frozen, I was still in the party and able to communicate. Anyone learn some new words?
Once back (and firefly turned off) no more problems. Regardless a good time was had. HM is definitely doable.

You will get a kick out this. Bungie last posted on 1/13/16 about the firefly bug, acknowledging it, that it was being worked on, and to not use the perk until the further notice. There has been no further notice. The latest forum post on firefly crashing the game was 8/21 with no response from Bungie, of course. The 1/13/16 help article also provides a link for reporting Destiny crashes. Following the link results in an "item not found" error page. Figures.
