I was waiting until all of my gear improved before tackling this on again. Some Exotic masterworks weapons/armour would be nice.
I was getting overwhelmed by the sheer number of ads plus the near perfect timing required for the lair. We knocked a few limbs off Argos, so there was a potential to beat him.

5. Sheebs
We need one more. Deep? Zikan?

Best time I've had in Destiny for a while! Thanks for everyone that participated. I think we had 3 or 4 of us that have never stepped foot in the lair before and the others had very limited experience.
Does anyone know how the raid lair checkpoint works? Anyone interested in taking another shot at Argus tonight for maybe an hour or two?
Yes, we definitely got to the 2nd phase checkpoint.
Do we just load straight into the checkpoint, or do we have to get there through the underbelly, or something like that?

Good times - it's been a while since we got a group together, so I'm glad we were able to make a run. Also, we got some nice loot drops too since the various checkpoints were dropping higher light engrams and/or loot items.
I should be around. I have yet to beat any parts of the Raid, so I would like to give it a try.

I can make it. DEEP, I think the power level for the original raid lair is still just 300. Am I wrong?
I just poked Wulley. He's a good raider, but no idea what he's up to these days.
I've played through the lair as an alt with Duke's group. I remember some of the theory, but didn't get enough runs in to get good.
