I know activity in our general 2o2p Destiny 2 clan has dropped off some, not sure how it's been for the Primordial clan. Any thoughts of rolling into the general clan?
Activity has been good enough that we are at level 6. I'm barely active but some play daily.
What is it you think a merge will bring?
I formed the Primordials to create a unique group but maybe a merge is possible. I'd have to contact each individual. Some have not even played with another member. The clan was/is mostly just a points/engrams generator.
The 2old2play Community Clan membership is at 74 and 2old2play Primordials Clan is at 23. If every Primordials member switched, there would be no room for growth. That was the same problem we had when Destiny 2 came out.
I'm guessing the 2old2play Community Clan admin needs to dump a 'lot' of chaf before I can bother to wake up the old dudes. Most of them don't follow any of these forum activities.
Yeah, that's why I'm asking. Someone thought it was a good idea to give me Admin rights, so I can clean out chaff. Like you've said, traffic here in the forums is so low, perhaps we're missing opportunities.
If you want me to clear some space, let me know and we can make it happen.
I'll poll Primordials to see if there is interest. Soon I hope.
On second thought, I'm not going to do this. If any Primordials feel their needs aren't being met, they'll seek a new Clan. I don't want to be an influencer in their decision. Quite a few on my Friend List, both old and younger, are in non-2old2play Destiny 2 Clans. There are Clans available.
Destiny 2 Clans are very temporal and D2 is not all that popular at the moment. Who knows if there will even be a need for a Clan in a year. Bungie created the Clan facade just to attract gamers who like Clans. It's just a marketing gimmic that pulls at our base instincts. They didn't even give Clan admin any decent management tools.

Not a big deal, just to see more options for playing together and also better chances at picking up those weekly engrams.

Fine with that!
