Anyone playing Witcher 2?
I've see some videos and stuff on it and it looks pretty good . But wanted to see what people who actually played the game on 360 thought of it.
How long is it, is it like a 100+ hour marathon like Skyrim or is it more a 30-40 hours experience like Fable & Mass Effect?
I'm on my second run on the 360 and it looks good this kind of game dose not hold your hand they want you to explore each chapter of the game.
depending on what your doing I would say 80hr plus
Not all the quest are mark and say go here
Also the auto save are spread a part if your going to exploring save save save LOL
because you never know what you my come across
Also there is not Good or Bad choices there are many shaded of Grey and some decisions you make help shape the ending.
its a very dark fantasy story line and you have to pay attention on what the NPC are talking about sometimes it has to do with the story line your on.
On my first run I loved it but then Ive played TW1 because there was always something new that I miss before and I'm hoping this will be like that as well
the combat is not hard to get the hang of depending on what you pick on the skill tree.
and the difficulty is no to bad if you find it to easy you can always change it to a harder setting with out having to start over.
I'm a bit fan on TW because of the books but you don't have to have read the books to follow this game.
It's around +50 hrs per playthrough depending on difficulty. Dark is the best way to play it, as you can acquire the 3 legendary outfits, one in each Act, and by Legendary, I mean they are a necessity in some larger fights. And the Nekkers/Drowners/Necrophages are more dangerous than Trolls/Golems/Kayran.
Some choices have huge impacts on further gameplay, others, when done in proper order, yield amusing repercussions.
I've just made my 3rd playthrough, 1st as a Swordsman on Easy, 2nd as a Mage on Normal, 3rd as an Alchemist on Dark.
