After I send Gerry off to work, and before I have to start getting ready myself, I have some coffee time that I spend game playing (yes, there is more to gaming than Magic!) or taking care of business...bill paying, emails, etc. So, if you are available (Fortunecase??) I will play a match on any week day morning between 8:00 and 9:00 eastern time. I realize most of you are already off to work, but ya never know. Just sayin'.
No takers? Do all of you leave for work early? Ah yes, it is the way of the world. I am also available Saturdays, but will not hang in game looking for clannies. Appointment, please!
I am usually at work by 7:30 EST M-F.
Fort, what is a good time for you to meet? I can meet on Saturday if I know someone will be around. Like Penni I don't want to log in and sit if no one is there.

well i am 6 hours ahead of eastern time so its usually not very easy for me to play all of you.
people on the west side (like doc or nite)i played several times before at 5am(my time).
i played jello yesterday and this morning ,heh, it became midnight halfway the match.
saturday is ok for me or before our sunday tourney.

I will be around Saturday. I don't like to do several matches in one day, but it seems that my work schedule will not allow for any weekday playing. I come home from work, have a glass of wind, and crash. I have been known to fall asleep in my easy chair..gif "402")
So, what times can I reserve for y'all?
I am in day 6 of the CRUD, and still feeling like crap. I am finally getting my butt up to go to work, have taken off all week so far. Why am I telling you this? A little "poor baby" might help. No, really.... I have gotten my next pack but have done nothing with it. I am happy to say I got at least one card I can use. Yay! I will try to get back in the swing asap, but going back to work will likely put me back in bed at 9:00 every night until this nasty goes away.
I have had a sinus infection/cold for over a week. I didn't miss any work, but this is the longest I have had any kind of sickness since I got mono in the 7th grade.
I probably won't make it back on MTGO until Sunday. I bowl tonight, and tomorrow night am going to see some live music, Saturday brewing beer.

Trying to do normal things and "have fun" when you don't feel good is hard. It sounds like we have the same thing and I think it should just GO AWAY!!!!! Since I haven't seen you for a few years, I wonder how you might have given me this thing?????? J/K. It's going around at work. I'm getting better, tho.

Here it is Friday already. The after-effects of the crud linger, no energy, headache (still!), but I believe I will live. So, I will be on and off Saturday, mostly during the day, to try to catch some league matches. If someone has a specific time, let me know, cuz if no one is around I may not stay for long. FC? I expect to see you!
I use to go see Tall Paul when I was in college at Tennessee. That was 25 years ago. Did not know he was still around.
Friday was the start of a friend's 40th birthday week. She moved to TN from OK about 13 years ago, and her and her husband met Paul through the local Parrothead club. My daughter has been a fan of his since she was 6 (she's 18 now). He's still playing and doing well. I don't think he plays on the strip anymore, but he is in Knoxville at least once a week, and usually more. The guy who owned the Library was out to see him Friday, which is where Paul first started playing in Knoxville. I talked to Paul and he said he started in 1986 at the Library and played there every Monday for 13 years.
It was a good night. We got there at 7:30 and got tables up front, and left at 1:00.
