Are there any hidden gem Firefighting sandbox games out there?

There are really no good firefighting games out there that I can find, at least for xbox.  There are some half-assed ones for Wii.

What I really want is something like the firefighting mini-game in GTA.....sandbox style, but with more depth.  Rescuing people from buildings, demolition, roof work, etc.  Maybe some firehouse management would be cool too.

Have any good firefighting games ever been made that have some strategy and some good FPS or third-person rescuing missions that any one knows about?
