Crafting...as if...

Okay, so the materials can be targeted, somewhat, the plans are completly, and I mean completely random, so, there's either not much reason to target materials UNLESS the plan drops in your hot little hands, OR you're an optimist and you just know eventually you WILL have that plan and you go after the materials anyway...

So, which category would you say you fall in?

And, a lot of these require a white item, these are tradeable correct? AND does the lvl apply or is that simply covered by the name IE it wouldn't be the right item unless it was already the right lvl? Cause I'm guessing that these are all  lvl 70 items, and they'd be easier to find as whites if they were you know, lvl 1's...

And if you're really an optimist, prove it, how many white items do you currentlyhave in your stash, just in case? Personally I'd think it's easier to post in here and say " I could really use some "ascended bracers" etc IF you know, everything else has aligned in the universe....
