the damage on never really works. especially with the endoros, people get damage and just back out of the race and were left with half the field. its one of the major flaws in forza that only the mechanical damage gets repaired and that we cant have tyre and fuel wear on without the damage model.

That was some of the most fun racing I have had in the last year of Forza. Being consistent over 25 laps is very difficult indeed but its what I like. Managed 3:48's nearly every lap and a couple of 47's. Noticed that I'm very slow in the last sector. Will need to look at what i 'm getting wrong. Le Mans has become my absolute number 1 track over the last year.
Enjoyed the very close racing with Super, Defender and for a bit GRD.
W O W !!! I survived! My neck and back hurts and I did not manage to make one clean lap, but I run my best dirty lap time ever. Will not tell it here, because I am ashamed and too far behind all others. :-)
Consistency and concentration! That's it. I kissed the wall as suddenly someone shouted into the mic something like "Damned, get out of the living room. This can't be so difficult." Another time I spun around as a phone ringed. Well, I think I have to work on my concentration levels. :-))
I enjoyed this race/track very much. Unlike on the short tracks, the car got to stretch its legs a bit. Practicing on this track almost every night for last 2 weeks seems to have paid off but there was no catching those 2 in Opel (HKC & JF). Congratulations to ALL those who finished 25 laps. I even refrained from taking in any liquid form 2 hrs before the race.
Very respectable 3rd, 5th, and 9th for Team DBBQ Racing. POIDSLY, are you carrying any barbeque pork in your race car? Because we can smell it all over; that's why we are hanging around you on the track. And sorry about the bump from behind, POIDSLY; I was very relieved that you were OK.
Just wondering how great it would have been if there was fuel consumption and tire wear on these long races . . .
Registering D Fender 54 on his behalf. He does not have PC access. He's a Team DBBQ Racing driver.

I know. Makes me sad.
Keep on dreaming.
Will do my best to make this series...

Hey, but it was fun to be back on the track.
Good nite. See you next week.

Nordschleiffe is NOT going to be like this . . .
No bother on the bumps.
No pork. Could not afford to carry the extra weight.
That's my best track. Its all to crap from here on in.
im not great on the short tracks but i think i will have a shout at the ring
If there is somebody with a good Audi A4 #4 tune for Nurburgring GP, i want desperately to try it out in my practice sessions.
I will send one over JDan.
Anyone in the Merc with a suitable gearing ratio? I think mine is OK, but I know I am not good with gears.
Gizzie - I think you may indeed stand a chance on the ring. Just keep your head down for the next Three races.
Try Cobra's ratio's that he posted up. For the shorter track just shorten the final drive a little
had a family day out, but will be aiming for next week guys! Sounds like a good time.
Replay only goes to about lap 12 or so? Didn't even get to the pits (lap 15)! Must be the memory limit for the 360 . . .
It was a lot of fun racing yesterday. Just a reminder, there is still room for more racers in Room B.
