That's a tough mission. Couple of ideas. Stay in the corridor where you spawn, use a good sniper like a 1000 yard stare and get as many snipes into him as fast as you can. When he disappears use a machine gun to kill the taken and watch out for those nasty invis minotaurs. If you have a gjally, gjally him to death. Or find a friend to help you. Depending on your light level that is a tough mission.
I tried to kill the blights that formed as quick as possible to reduce the adds that spawn.
Definitely a victory. That mission was a real pain in the arse. Get yourself ranked up to 385+ and revisit it. It is much easier and rather pleasing to go back to just to annihilate everything.
I asked about subclass to suggest switching to a defender titan if you had it ranked up to blessings of light yet. Having a protective bubble to dive in and out of and one that gives you extra overshield can get you through tough situations. However, throwing hammers at the adds can do the trick too :)

One last thought, what subclass are you running?
I used the spawn spot and it only took me 3 tries. I consider that a victory...
Scout rifle, fusion pistol and it didn't matter what the last one was cuz there wasn't any ammo.
Titan subclass? Dunno, but I do like the Thor's hammer thing.
