Sadly, I get it at very low level... Started over not too long ago. Got it by killing Dr Mercer (he of the E-tech gun). This one is cool, the rate of fire goes up the longer I keep the trigger pulled!
Yeah, it is. It's the first gun in a long time I dropped in the shared stash. I used it squarely until almost level 20, that's how good that particular Infinity is. I'm hoping to find lvl61 infinitys, they're awesome for cataclysm-siren builds.

August 6, 2013 Hot Fixes - Further corrected the alignment of holographic sights on pistols. - Summoning Deathtrap with "Sharing is Caring" enabled no longer causes a Turtle shield's health penalties to be applied twice. - Adjusted drop rates of unique items from Doc Mercy, Mad Dog, Savage Lee and McNally to be more consistent across all modes.
Presonaly I'll be visiting Doc Mercy numerous times... Dude owes me some infinity love
