[FM4] GT3 Series- [Finished] - Thanks for Racing!

This is a GT3 series inspired by the Blancpain GT Series. It will be a combination of sprint and endurance events with championships in each as well as an overall championship.

[b]Day and Time[/b]

Races are run on Sundays at 20:00 BST, 15:00 EDT, 14:00 CDT, 13:00 MDT, 12:00 PDT.

[b]Race Format[/b]

There will be three races of about 20 minutes on sprint race days not counting warm-up races.

There will be one race of about an hour on endurance race days not counting warm-up races.

The first race of the season will be sprint format, next race will be endurance, and so on.

There will be one mandatory pit stop for endurance races only. Pit window opens after the first lap and closes before the last lap.

Cautions can be called in the first two laps at all tracks except at Le Mans and the Nordschleife where cautions are allowed on the first lap.

[b]Liveries[/b]

There is a left and right number plate on Thane62's storefront. Searching for "2o4f gt" should find them, too. Use the provided number plate with your 2O4F car number. Livery design is free otherwise.

It is not required but would be nice if team cars ran the same or similar liveries.

There are no penalties for not following livery guidelines.

[b]Teams[/b]

Teams are limited to four drivers per team. A four driver team can split into two teams for the series if they wish, for example, Pacifica 1 and Pacifica 2. The driver pairings should remain constant throught the series.

One car teams are allowed.

Team mates must use the same car.

There are no success handicaps.

There are no points drops. All results count.

Team points are awarded for the highest finishing driver on the team in case a team has more than one driver.

Manufacturers points are awared for the single highest finishing car for that make.

[b]Championships[/b]

Points from the sprint races will be counted toward a GT3 Sprint Championship for drivers and teams. 

Points from the endurance races will be counted toward a GT3 Endurance Championship for drivers and teams. 

Points from all races will be counted toward a GT3 Championship for drivers and teams. 

Points from all races will be counted toward a GT3 Manufacturer Championship.
