how is it they are able to do stuff like Marilyn Monroe, Ice Cube, Tupac, movie themes Halo etc..
With some EPIC skill and time.
No one can scan a pic on to the game. All designs are done by using the set shapes we all have and using less than 1001 of them on each side of the car.

Do you know how many shapes, lines, and color changes a computer would detect from just a photo alone? Have you ever just scanned a very simple picture to a computer and saw the amount of time it takes? Computers see everything down to Megapixels. Too fine for our eyes to see. Like the guys said, it's all about the skills. Kinda makes you appreciate the work a little more now. Thus why I appreciate everything that people do on Forza: Tuners, for being able to tune the cars to handle certain tracks and be fast doing so. Racers, without the racers, who would try out the tuner's cars and relay the feedback to them? Painters, to make that tuned monster look like it will tear you to shreads as it passes by. Videographers and Photographers, people who can make your event look badass and give more people more of an idea to what your event is and give it a sense of fun and speed.
Bit off topic but I love listening to this type of music while racing. I don't do it during series so as to not annoy everyone. Gets the blood pumping. LOVE IT!
Damn Quebec! I wish I had your painting skills. My Lotus is very plain in comparison to yours. I was kinda going for a plain look anyways. I also see I'm not the only one who thought black/purple looked badass on this car.
ok finally i made it home today and i make that racing plate im talking about:
you can customize the color like you want you will have a file with all the number needed (I have the files kraigger75, cilletidad) ask them to share i dont have all of you in my friendlist ...

if ot maybe i can try to make one in couple days. (working outside from my town for couple days)
so everybody have like the same racing plate with the series logo.
