It looks to me like we can mod a little restriction rules ..... as all the time Church try to bring other than porsche cars to competition level i can see that maybe will be worth to restrict cars to 670 (as Porsche is) Looks to me that this index is more equal to performance other than weight and power restriction.

Church - what You think about rule 670 ??

I don,t know my the porche was 670 indeed. and the time it did did bring me around 1657 on the overall leaderboard.

With a litle more efford probably closer to top 1000.

No way I could do that with the Ford.

Martin.

If you mean less accidents you are right, I can drive many clean laps on my one. In a race you will have ever changing situations, that takes a lot of time to master.  I know. I am a roaky on that.

Joining your races and making mistakes is the best way to learn.

But maybe you did mean somthing else, if so please tell me.

I am autistic so do not easily understand hint's.

What i mean is to prepare to brake at the proper moment on the track.

what i have seen in your driving is that you wait too late to brake upon turn entry. by braking earlier you will be able to accelerate sooner upon turn exit.

by braking too late you run the risk of hitting someone from behind and this will also cause you to lose the ability to gain any momentum coming out of the turn.

I do know what you mean, I i do remeber some ocasions where I did just that wrong.

Not itentional, In the last race day I in the first race I did have a extra problem. The Tune I did get from CPro was some how not loading. I had to load a tune the last moment that was not good at all for the track. The setting of the wing was totaly of ,courcing a lot of problems. But that is not the whole story I know, I do remember a event that was not in the first race when I had a problem as you descripe. You complain about it and you are right to do that my error and somthing I try to avoid.

So I apologise If I made race life harder.

That is also what I was talking about not having full controll in  especialy in rasing situations.

Gaining controll will take time.

Hope I will be able to do that without enojing you and the other,s.

No Problem - my advice to you is to try using the brake line option in the game settings in order to see where you need to start braking. this and some practice will result in a better overall driver experience for you in the gamesmiley

Thanks for the advise SUPERNOVADAVE, I already use that option, it has its limitations howevver, in race situation,s

sometimes the line is covert by other Cars in that ocasion you are better off using markings on the side.

I think you servived a lot of roaky's, the problem with us rocky's is that we can break in time but are not stable at doing so.

Especialy in racing condition,s I do remember time's I was to late, but I also remember times I was to early.

The first corner of the ring for instance, as roaky you do not know  this corner and break to early the result is the same the person in the back hit,s you with graet force.

Also as roaky concentrating on things ahead takes all the attention, so passing cars like yours come as a surprice.

Maybe it is not noticeble at your end but I am already improving  my driving scills from just a view week ago  from total disaster to somtimes a disaster.

So I do try to learn from your advice and by practising.

As we are into the second half of the season think perhaps a bit late for any dramatic rule changes, however i doubt the same issue will occur in the next championship

After getting past KC and maintaining 3rd in the first race this weekend I knew that was going to be the highlight of the weekend. Then having KC behind me in race 2 got to my nerves made mistakes and then said Fu*k it and pulled over.indecision

Was much better racing than I imagined though especially considering the track.

I'm going to try and make Sebring. Love that place.

Also if Church if you are dead set against using a PI system then I fully support the idea of build changes using weight and HP restrictions on a weekly basis.

Hi Bastek333 I do have the same question.

Afther I did see your question I did some laps with the Poreche (420HP ....

I am not used to this car and I think some tuning would inprove the time.

The best clean lap I  could do afther 5 or 6 rounds is 2.12.970 .

I did not try it with the Ford until now.

Martin.

Yeah sorry lads!

Anyone not running the 911 can go with a PI of 670.

I'm also doing this to test the car balancing for my next event smiley

With PI 670 I end up with 469 HP 2514 weight That is O.K. I asume.

With this the best cleen lap I get is 2.13.804 typical 2.14.xxx ( no handicap )

Its closer what I could do with Porch smiley

I should figure out how to download the video's so I can learn from that.

I only knoked out one driver by late breaking and was nocked out at least 2 time,s that way by others so I thats better than last time. I am learning Thanks snoop for his lessons.

I got some shouts by others when I was fully ramming the pits wall so some to avoid next time.

I know drifting is not the fastest way to Go I am not aware i am drifting, so a video would help.

The RS 500 is a high car not the best behaviour in corners.

The porch is much more stable in the corners.

Still a lot I can Learn smiley

Martin.

Your getting there. Your undoubtedly not slow but I like to call you a wild card. Your on it for 85% of the race but the small mistakes you make keep you from winning. Please watch you replays after each race they will help you alot. If you don't have them let me know and I will send then over.
