How to start this.
As accidents happen in events it's hard for the organizers to give any driver a penalty (We really don't like doing it trust me)
So to make it easier on officials and you the driver I want to set up a Blanket 2Old4Forza Racing License for anyone who races in any official event here at 2Old4Forza.
How I see this working:
Any accident in any event hosted here makes all drivers involved eligible to points against there licenses.
Once a stewards enquiry (same as now) has taken place any penalty to be given to the offending driver will be in the form off points on his / her license. How many depends on how serious the incident was and how much it effected the other driver.
If a driver reaches for example 12 points they then can be given a more serious reprimand in the form of point deductions or extra handicap.
If a driver reaches for example 6 points and its all based on one type of incidents maybe an hour training session must be taken on the given subject with in 2 weeks of the previous incident.
I wont be making a list of every driver who races here only the ones who have current points next to there name. The list will also be kept private.
I would also need all event organizers to notify me of any points that need to be put against a driver.
This should help everyone as in the end it should make everyone a faster and cleaner driver.

Church, I know its secret and stuff, but don't you think it could be seen as a bit Stasi? I can't remember too many instances where someone accumulated so many racing incident faults that they did not quit this community in a fit of rage anyway, never to be seen again. The few times there have been such arse hats, they have excluded themselves very effectively, except Fitzy of course who has never got the hint
and myself because I'm a lagging arse who occasionally throws their toys out of the pram.
Maybe I'm missing the point of what you are proposing? What is your Machiavellian plan?
