Anyway to make BF3 controls match Call of Duty's or vice versa?

... I'll admit it.  I'm slow.  I can't learn more than one control set up at a time. I play CoD, BF3 and Halo Reach and all have different controls, and I can barely learn one. 

Is there anyway to change the controls is any of these games so that they are all the same so if I learn one set it might actually carry over onto the next game that I might try to play?  

Maybe this is just a pipe dream and I just need to pick one game to play due to my lack of brain cells.
