I saw Jon Lord when he played with Whitesnake a few times.
The first time I saw him was when I was about 15 at Cardiff University hall, they were on their first tourwith the Snakebite EP, 1978, I had it in white vinyl.
i remember bouncing over the top of about 20 other people in the crowd to shake his hand.
i doubt people can do that kind of stuff these days. Plus I would crush them all nowadays, anyway.
