Currently there are also side contests with Unicorn rewards for tuning and for the best story regarding, "your favourite past experiences interacting with the Turn 10 community team."
Best I can tell HeliosT10 has not posted any time yet and like previous CBH's he'll probably lower it multiple times during the week.
Here's the link to the thread on FM.net. Most likely he'll also post his current time in the first post of the thread.
Good Luck.
I am cordially inviting my garage mates TrackAssasin or MURPH to my house so I might have a chance to beat this person. LOL. Actually I have garnered a few Unicorns in the last year. So I will give it a go. Looks like I'll use Jonesy's tune. Shame, I don't have a driving skill that matches his tuning ability. But I've been told I'm quite handsome. But that's from my wife who may be legally blind. http://youtu.be/-PRQ4UGzthg
Hmm, I took the Country Squire around that challenge. I guess I'll have to get a little more serious now...

Time to get an M3 chaps!!
Another one?
Not me.
(Though I don't live horribly far away.)
I wouldn't last too long if I did because I don't think they'd like to hear my suggestions for improving the direction of FM.
It will be my 4th.
Although I do hate the car.
I've posted the tune I used on the Ford Country Squire to set my current time of 2:22.6 and change.
I've gotten pretty good with my parts selection, but I'm still a relative novice when it comes to the voodoo magic of tuning, but I usually get a good base tune and then drive the wheels off it.
This car does three things well.
1. Accelerate
2. Brake
3. Turn
It does not do any of those three things well in combination.
It's a 3500 lbs. AWD land yacht. If you drive too aggressively this car will gladly plow through cones like you're Top Gear Bowling.
Get your threshold braking done before turn in, floor it only when you're pointed straight and be smooth.
I use the ole' MS Wireless Wheel. The tune may work better for wheels than controllers although I'm not smooth enough on the sticks to know for certain.
I've got three other versions of this tune that I'll be experimenting with. Same build, just different suspension settings. If I find that one of them is significantly better and I post a faster time, I'll make it available.

It runs well, I just found it a bit WIDE....
But the back window was great. My family had one and I remember my sister's boyfriend at the time, soon to be husband then a divorced couple. But I digress. He loved to lay in the back with his feet hanging out the window. His family never had a wagon and with his size/height @ 6"8 it gave him a chance to stretch out while sipping a beer. Totally illegal of course. The beer not the feet.
"wide" going through the barrels as opposed to a Mazda3 perhaps?
