I trained a lot, but managed only a 2.09.101 (dirty), looked at those qualifying times and decided to retire from this GT Open! I am MUCH too slow and due to my driving skills I think, that I am more a risk for other drivers, than a challenge. So ...... I deleted my name from the qualifying sheet. Those cars are - even with a top tune from Church - too fast for me. May be with more time for training, there would be good progress, but my time is limited.
So I will use my time for training with the bunnies! The MX5 Cup on Sunday 20.30 GMT is for my personal development more important. Maybe I can race with you in an R3-car next year. For now this BMW Z4 showed me my limits!
I will watch your races with great interest, if someone will save vids and publish them in his storefront. And now ....... it is time .......... to say ......... GODD BYE!
I'm afraid I'm pulling the plug on this. Was really looking forward to it even though I knew the Jag was never going to set the track on fire. Had a great little back and forth with surf.
Lag has been the killer though. Don't know why but it just seems to kick in late Sundays and I can't do diddly about my broadband.
Thanks for running it Church. Enjoyed the bits that I was not lagging.
Ok poids :(. Its them Americans i tell ya.
Good racing guys.
There wont be a race next week due to the holidays.
The track order will stay the same, so the next event will be on the 30th of December.
I will update the op ect tomorrow.
Thanks for the racing tonight everyone, and for the invite Church. I joined 1 min before the start with no idea of what I was getting myself into, but I had fun all the same despite having no prep what so ever.
My apologies to Ant for getting in the way!
My wheel locked up on lap 19 and after restarting it my lap times dropped by almost 2 seconds, so I'm guessing it was mis-calibrated for the first 19 laps! *Mental note to restart my wheel before beginning a race*
Hello Church and the rest of the best,

Bollocks to lag. No point wrecking people's race so called it straight away.
see if it's any better next week.
See you then guys.
No worries Poids sorry to see you go.
Good racing guys (Xbox crashed on way back to lobby lol)
Congrats to sWhite on the win
And congrats to all 16 of us getting round that turn 1 at Nurb GP
Yes, I didn't realize juan is a member here at 2O4F. WE need to get him in one of our divisions. Anyone know where he's located?
Good times indeed (except for the hijinx in turn 1).
It was fun battling with Goggles, Antz, and Suf. I think they were the only cars I saw the entire race.
If anyone has the replay can they send it my way. I'm interested in watching the other battles up front.
Thanks!
Sorry I missed the race had to do some unexpected christmas shopping.
No worries rice :-)
I plan on racing tomorrow.
In case you are doing two rooms, my current hot lap is 1:50:somethingorother.
Still hoping to shave a second or two off by tomorrow though (if time permits).
If you let us edit the sign-in sheet, we can post our qual times again. Just a thought.
