I'm in the Fission chapter. Cargo elevator to go up. No prompt to start elevator. Suggestions? (XBOX ONE).
Found out I had an NPC player stuck. Had to herd him into moving. (It was Carter). Once he got moving, was able to go to elevator and activate it.
