Getting Party Chat to Work in XB1 in BF4

To enable party chat make sure you are in the dash board and that BF4 (or any game) is not running in any window, then join the party and enable chat. This worked for us last night had 8 people in chat. There still is an 8 people limit in chat. Every one last night doing this had no problem turing on chat.
