This is getting a lot of attention over at FM.net so I hope it lasts at least until I get home from work. I already put the free car in my Download Cue at Xbox.com, then called home to have my son turn on the xbox so it would download it. He was on his way out the door heading to work, so he couldn't do it.
I'm afraid to even ask my wife to do it, she would either laugh at me for even asking, or if she actually tried to do it, would probably mess it up somehow.

I noticed that it wasn't working right with the in-game marketplace, so I went to get the free car from the dash(I had no intention of purchasing this pack). Low and behold all of the cars are unlocked and the pack is maked as purchased now via the in-game MP.
I would imagine that heads are going to be rolling over this one at T10 HQ. What a fucking mess for them.

This sounds more like a Microsoft oops than a T-10 screw up. T-10 doesn't sell these directly, Microsoft does, right?
You know when T10 fixes this, any cars you bought in-game from the May car pack will be unavailable until you purchase the pack (excluding the free car of course)? Sure it might be free for now, but not forever. Enjoy them while you can! Oh, and I wouldnt try making money off them in the Auction House or Storefront yet either. I'm trying to save future frustration problems for you guys.

Don't try to buy the pack or any car pther than the 300 SRT8.
Go through the game marketplace on the dashboard, not in game. Add- ons, new releases, scroll untill the SRT8 comes up.

The entire May DLC thread at FM.net has been removed so they're probably trying to minimize those taking advantage until they can get it fixed...

You're probably right OldSchool, it's probably a MS mess up, but I'd imagine someone is going to be getting canned over this.

Shouldn't need to do anything except go to career and see the newly available cars as the SRT8 unlocks all of them for purchase.
If it doesn't automatically download, go to recent downloads and manually download it again.
