Ingame clan grouping?

Hey all,

I was curious about grouping with Clan members....

Is there an imgame application that alows us to see our clan members, similar to Guild chat in other MMO's or do we have to have the gamer tags added as friends on Xbox console?

I'm really curious as to how that works as i played pretty much Solo in the beta and none of my Xbox friends had access to the beta.
