Majestic, Castle and Champions DLC Map Codes

343i, through bsangel, gave me some DLC Map codes for Majestic (Landfall, Monolith, and Skyline), Castle (Daybreak, Outcast, and Perdition) and Champions/Bullseye (Pitfall and Vertigo).

I've already distributed some to active 2old2play Halo 4 players.
