1. Is there a specific reason why they turn into fairy dust after being assassinated? Isn't the multiplayer supposed to fit into the story canon? Doesn't really make a lot of sense.

1. Looks cool and the combat simulation, having witnessed Promethean weaponry, AI appears to agree.
2. I literally don't remember will go look again. Probably revised Adrift skybox.
3. Ball throwing IS in. flag behavior still being fine tuned.

They are just assassinations. There are a couple of interactive cutscenes - punching elite down elevator shaft, but even those play out as melees.

Meh.  I don't like assassinations. I hope they aren't so touchy this time.  Nothing worse than wanting to assassinate someone and getting the entire stupid animation.

I love the ball throw. That could add a whole new dynamic to games. Grifball may be fun now.

it's always been a little annoying to be stuck in a kill animation.

seems somewhat cheesy to mod it anyway.

I celebrate the assasination animation because I assasinate so infrequently, it's like a party in my head. Of course I understand the argument against...too bad its not an option to turn off.  I think it would be more fun if its an animation at the end of the map kind of like Mortal Kombat.  It would be better if it was a different button so really it could be used to humiliate the other person.
