As a triple screen user this leaves me gutted. I would have to buy the pack for each screen now.

I downloaded the Porsche pack yesterday and noticed that I was seeing black VW Boras or Jettas on my two side screens. I have a triple screen set up, with a 32 inch HDTV in the middle, and 24 inch displays on the sides. I looked for a "free" Porsche car to download, but none was to be found. That is what you have to do to get the side screens to correctly display the DLC cars. I don't think its right for me to have to buy two additional DLC packs on my side screen Xboxes so that I can use my triple screens the way they were meant to be used. I understand that Turn 10 needs to make money, that is fine, and I have done my part to help make this game financially viable. I also understand that the game must appeal to a broad audience, most of whom do not use a racing wheel and triple screens. That being said, the game is marketed to us hardcore users as well, and I think the hardcore features should work correctly. This is the second time I have been stung by Turn 10 on this game. The first time was when I bought a CSR Elite wheel and found out that it will not do chat with a non-M$ headset (in my case, I tried a Turle Beach PX-5 headset). Now these shenanigans.
I am surprised T10 was so willing to destroy the integrity of the on-line racing by not giving away a sample car or at least a compatibility pack so the non pack buyers can at least see the cars when they race on-line. If I buy the pack x3 and then race a Porsche against people who did not buy the pack, what will happen when they are around me? If I am in a long car like the 962 or the Panamera they will see a black VW Jetta right? So if they get close to me will we overlap or wreck or what?
I am holding out before I give even more money to T10 to see if they are going to remedy this. I hate T10 right now!
Zero7159... I had an Elite wheel that the chat would not work at all. I got it exchanged for that problem and several other problems and the replacement wheel they sent me the chat works fine with everything I have tried with it. The voice is still too low like with my PWTS wheel, but it works.

I contacted Fanatec in December about the chat issue and they said there was nothing they could do, since the chat works with the M$ stock and wireless headsets. I recently received a replacement wheel, after my first Elite went agro for reasons that had nothing to do with chat. The new wheel also does not work with my PX-5 headset, nor does it work with the Tritton Trigger headset.

Can't bear the wait so downloading now from the dashboard marketplace! The thing that makes me a real mug is that I purchased VIP status two days ago and convinced myself it was worth it for the discount on the Porsche pack that I am now not going to get a anyway!!
Oh well, a few laps of the ring in a Carrera GT doing my best Walter Rohl impression will make me feel better I am sure

i received the error aswell and a friend of mine too. but then i remembered i changed the location on the xbox to get the game in english cuz i hate dutch. When i turned it back to dutch i was able to download the pack without a problem :S

I ran several races this morning before leaving for work. There were no issues then. That was around 9:30 a.m.
Well guys is the expansion pack worth it. I am on the fence seeing what the general feeling is.
Even though I am miffed about my triple screens not working correctly, overall I still recommend the pack, particularly if you are playing on a single screen. The Porsche set of cars is diverse, and we even get a whole set of events in the event list that are focused on Porsche, a first in the history of Forza. I already have built and driven a couple of the cars, and I loved every minute, even as I was seeing VW Jettas out my two windows (as viewed on my side screens). One of the cars I built was a 911, which I tried to equip like one of Cotter's specials from spec night in Forza 3. I think it was the Corvette/911 series. Although Cotter's build was better than mine, I still like the way my build drives.

i never had any issues with online porsche racing. But i wish they made the achievements more challenging
10 achievements took me like one hour in total.
I believe all VIP's received 2 in-game tokens due to the wait yesterday.
