Throwdown playlist up!
I got a chance to play 3 games and so far its really fun. All the games I played were Team Slayer BR, but there is also BR CTF and Slayer Deluxe which I have no clue what that is. In TS BR the drops were AAs not weapons and its a great feeling to team BR people on Haven.
Love the new playlist and I hope they keep up the positive changes.
YAY!
Jim, for details on the Deluxe settings then click - [url=https://forums.halowaypoint.com/yaf_postst189227_Team-Throwdown-Playlist...
Basically the Deluxe settings will include loadouts with different Primary weapons (BR, DMR and LR), Armor Abilities, Support and Tactical upgrades.
I really hope the playlist takes off. They put alot of nice variety in it to keep it from getting boring.
I played a few games this morning and it is a lot of fun, IF you have a team that stays or at least does not get out numbered 3 to 1.
Hopefully when more people get on tonight I can run with 3 or 4 people.
Extraction is a lot of fun and the Deluxe option has some nice load outs in it.
what is this?
what is what?
Is it just me or do we have radar, but you can't see the opposing team on the radar?
That's correct. When someone on your team dies, and they're within range, you see a yellow X where they were, making that callout almost useful.
Have to get used to that then, confused the shit out of me the first game I played, kept glancing at radar while people were moving around me.
I think that Radar hurt me more than anything yesterday, despite knowing that it only showed my team, I kept glancing at it and using it like a normal radar which in turn led me to be beat down quite a few times. I think Id rather have no radar than one that only shows my team.
Truth be told, I pretty much ignore it in competitive gametypes. It's handy in a few specific instances, but that's pretty much it.
Having trouble walking today...
Is it just me, or has today been just terrible for lag? 5 games in a row people would just rubberband all over the place. Maybe that new xbox update fucked with something.
no, tonight was bad for me as well.
they say anytime there's an update it clears the network cache.
something like 2 weeks before it catches up.
was there an update today?
i didn't have to do it, but my son played before me.
i heard someone say there was an update that took 6-7 minutes.
Yea, about 6-7 minutes sounds right. I did notice the lag a bit, I didn't see anything too horrible but a few games were noticeably off.
