Good turnout last night considering it was Thanksgiving. We had one full party most of the evening and I think the after-party party played into the night.
Lag was horrendous to put it kindly. At least people weren't dropping from it.
We're still seeing impressive turnouts for Halo 4. I saw 3 parties on the go last night including Addicted's Halo Diehards. The overall population is going up slightly and will likely increase a lot for Christmas holidays. Probably sink back down again after all the TImmies open their XB1.

Yeah, I was partied up in the other 2o2p group for a couple but had already RSVP'd with Casually Competitive Gaming, their community leader hasn't been able to game for months and was able to get a night in. We actually had four communities represented in my party: CCCustoms, Halo Diehards, 2o2p and HFFL (HaloFanForLife). Good times!
Unfortunately my 360 is on it's last legs. It takes me about 20 minutes of rebooting and reloading the disc drive to get Halo 4 to load because of a bad disk drive. When I do get in I can't load Adrift, Haven, Solace or Meltdown because of a bum hard drive. Going to see if I can dig up my old 20GB from my first bricked 360 to try installing it there so at least I can load the maps. Halo 5 and the XB1 can't come soon enough.
Well I broke down and switched the hard drives. Between downloading the game, maps, and title updates it to almost 2 hours, but at least the maps work. Now if the disc drive doesn't give out it should be better.
Going forward, at least for awhile, I'll be setting the party I control to INVITE ONLY. Business will still be pretty much normal to what you've been enjoying so far.
This is to solve a joining problem using FRIENDS ONLY. There's been a few too many strays getting in lately and some other issues.
I must not have very many of you on my friends list because I was on around 8:30-9:00 and I only saw Edie and Ken. I guess I should of stuck around.

I get on around 8:00 Eastern and the first party is often full by 8:45 or even sooner. The second party is iffy until there is enough to support and run it.
Yeah, the one game I had a sniper and got a sniper in ordinance, picked up 2nd snipe, and then got a beam rifle in ordinance.

I agree. I want Halo 5 just for a stable connection. I'm so tried of the lag at peak hours.

Sorry I missed it. Got stuck working late, never finished up until after 11:00 and by then I was just too tired to hit the after party. Work sucks.
My empathy! I was stuck working on "grown-up" tasks, myself. But always glad to hear that the attendees had a good time.
