Shotguns will see another hit, and become effective only when at arm's length or closer. You'll also make an agility sacrifice with a shotgun in your hands. In short, shotguns will be abandoned overnight.

Pulse rifles will see a 8 to 9% decrease in damage values. Their range will also be tuned so they won't compete with auto rifles up close and won't compete with scouts at medium-long range. In short, pulse rifles will be abandoned overnight. I guess Bungie wants us to use an auto rifle for close/mid range maps and scouts for mid/long range maps.

Auto rifles will get a 3-7% base damage upgrade. Time to dust off that SUROS Regime.... use it till the noobs complain about it too - for the second time. 

Sniper rifles.... Just like "Final Round" last time, "Luck in the chamber" will only add damage for precision hits. On the bright side, an opposing Guardian will now be really-really dead after a headshot.

Sidearms... A fast kill time at something more than arm's length could cause sidearms to wholesale replace all shotguns overnight. No half measures for Bungie. No sirreee...
