Great video comparing stock HDD vs SSD vs Hybrid.
Saw this and thought it was a great comparison worth viewing if you are considering upgrading the PS4 hard drive. I personally upgraded to a 1TB Hybrid and it was an easy process.
Which drive did you use, I might do the same.

See link. This is the one I have installed in the PS4. Installation was a piece of cake and it has run without any problems.
Thats the one I was looking at as well.
I was spending a crapload of money on the PS4 so I went a little cheaper on the drive:

It has a power save feature that I can hear start/stop at times but has had zero effect on any actual game play. It's all been in menus or starting the console.
So far so good with it and I haven't experienced any issues.
