GTA V Cheaters pool on Patch 1.04

I am not sure how reliable their source is but I found this interesting none the less

The special lobby is designed to group players that were caught cheating while playing “Grand Theft Auto Online.” Those affected can return to the regular servers after the probation period is over. For example, someone who got caught constantly using glitches to his advantage will be put into the cheaters pool for one month.

I tried to find some other reputable sources on this online but came up short. There are a few other sites saying the same thing but it looks as if they were copying the same article mentioned here.
