Monday Nite Madness Returns!
I will be hosting a Nascar Lobby on GT6 starting the first monday of March and every monday there after for a couple of months at least. Will be doing casual racing on various tracks through the evening with a Feature event with qualifying on a predetermined track each week. The first nite will be at Daytona during the day and the feature race will be 25 laps.

The gearbox setup is more complex than just moving the top speed. you want a 3 speed you only use the 4th gear in draft or not at all.
First set your final gear to 2.800 next move the top speed to 186 then set your final gear to 2.000 now you will need to adjust the 1st 2nd 3rd gear all the way left and your 4th all the way right.the gears should read as followed
1st 3.068
2nd 2.166
3rd 1.656
4th 1.581

Running the 2013 Tony Stewart #14. Was gonna run Rowdy's car but dont have enough Cr.
Running the 2013 #99 Carl Edwards
I'll be in tonight. Don't know what car I'm driving. The guy has a foreign looking name and the car is a light blue color. No idea of the sponsor. If there is a conflict I will switch.
I don't know how well I will do without TCS and nearly 900 HP. Can't wait to try it though.
I believe that is Eric Amarola's #43
Beat me to it Grim.
Farmland is the sponsor! Bacon!!
Talk about a blast. Have not even started the race yet and its so much fun. Great tune at this link for any of the NASCARs at Datona can be found here - http://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/gt6-nascar-tuning-motegi-and-daytona.301342/#post-9281158
Man thas was Damn fun. Great racing fellas, now we need more people! Matter of fact...
Yea the more the merrier for sure, fun stuff guys thx for coming out!
That shit was awesome! More drivers need to jump in.
I absolutely NEVER watch NASCAR but this racing is awesome. I might start watching. I might also start my oval career in iRacing.
How many Ovals are there?...Never did see a tune in print from Burnt...A last second suggestion from 3G's...Guys like me need a tune and time for a some practice..Now if everyone runs the same tune...I guess what I am looking for is details!
Her ya go,a great tune.
Ride: 95 - 90
Spring: 18.00 - 17.00
Damp. C: 8 - 5
Damp E: 8 - 5
Anti R: 5 - 4
Camber: 0.0 - 0.0
Toe: -0.10 +0.10
No brake adjustment.
Transmission:
Ok this will seem stupid,it did to me. But we all ran it and it works!
First set your Final drive ratio to 2.800
Second set your speed limiter to 186 mph
Third set your Final gear ratio to 2.000
And now for your four gear ratio's
1rst gear: 3.068
2nd gear: 2.166
3rd gear: 1.656
4th gear: 1.581
Fourth gear is only used while drafting, think of it as overdrive. Although you may be able to save fuel by running full laps with it. Especially if you get out by yourself after a pitstop or have a big lead. (like me ...cough)
Drivetrain:
Torq: 60
Accel: 60
Brk: 15
Aero setting:
200 Front and 400 Rear which is the minimum setting.
Thats it Wheels,I ran this tune buth races and the car is very stable. The transmission let me run about 205 to 206 at the end of the back straight in 3rd gear. I caught a whale of a draft off of Brntguy and hit 220,but I ran nearly half the straight catching him in the draft. Grim and the others ran a little different chassis tune than me,which I felt was a little too loose once tires start to wear. Plus my setting seemed to have a slightly better top end. I shared this tune Grim for the second race but did'nt get any feedback. Maybe he will read this post his thought. Hope ya join us Wheels, damn good fun!
Sincere Appreciation Zombie...Is this tune good for only one make of car???
That tune is good for the long ovals like Daytona and Indy.
Brnt...Does that mean next week will be Indy??....I'll take that 'Ol Timer AARP's Jeffy Gordon #24 Chevrolet!
Going thru the replay and damn Snappy we had one helluva race going on laps 9 thru 17. Wow that was some great racing!
Well guys it looks we are the only peeps that enjoy a good Draft! (pun)
I think I will be opening the lobby up to the public to see if we can get a few more to join in the fun, what do you think?
You can always boot the shitters!
What track will you be running tomorrow night? If i get off of work early tomorrow evening, I will see if Juans 2013 SS can keep up with the back of the pack.
Id like to give Daytona another shot which perhaps more people this time. Its Brnt's call though
Well we will be at a Superspeedway whether it's Daytona or Indy or even both lol! I imagine the Daytona setup will work just fine at Indy too. Probably just play it by ear this Monday on where we are at, lets see who shows.
Are the Servers going to be Down for Maitenance?
I'm in for tonight.
I have the 2010 #83 Red Bull Toyota.
Cool be looking for ya on the track bud!
I'm running the #88 Dale Earnhart . see ya tonight
