Found this https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/48xc3o/telegram_bot_for... on Reddit today which lead me to this http://guardian.gg/en You put in a gamertag and it will give you the PVP stats. I'm ranked Gold in Glash and Silver on everything else it appears.
