I found this website. Worth checking out. I do not think it can do a random selection of cards, but it has the heirloom list.

I downloaded the app and only found it useful for checking for legality of an heirloom deck.

Can't find him, anyways. I have held the tix before, in fact, I have almost always done it. Nite, if you can generate card lists, we can start this thing soon.
