King's Fall Raid, Fri, August 19
Sign up here for the King's Fall raid on Friday, August 19 at 9pm Eastern/ 6pm Pacific. No raid experience necessary, but you should be at least 300 light and have a decent, high-impact sniper, like the 1000 Yard Stare for sale at the Vanguard vendor. We usually run for about two hours more or less. If you need to change plans, we understand, but post here again as soon as possible so we can find a replacement. If there are already six participants, please consider signing up as an alternate. Stuff happens, even at the last minute.

How about running normal mode this week and trying to run straight through the challenge? Thinking of running an alt this week, unless my Titan is needed.

If we run normal, I will likely try out the titan again. I'd like to finish it with a different class once.
Hammerdrake, DEEP_NNN, KalSC, SC Fnord Ranger, OldnAchy, and Krak64 ran the normal raid tonight. We finished in one hour forty minutes, including the challenge. That's a record for me! Good work, team!
I had a good time. Very surprised I didn't mess up somewhere. I felt like I was in a popcorn machine, I was so scattered.
If you were scattered, you hid it well, DEEP! Aside from the few expected wipes at the end of the raid, and some inexplicable problems opening the portal at the very beginning, we wrecked shop. I have been looking forward to runs like this since we started raiding as a group long ago. I feel like we're masters of the raid, at least on normal mode, and ready for the new challenges coming next month.
