Looking for Friends for Titanfall - Xbox One Version
Hi All,
Got my XB1 and am looking for some other 2old2play members who like to play Titanfall.
Seems like a lot of people play it, but on the 360. I'm looking for XB1 people only here!
Let me know, and I'll send you a FR. Please note that I'm a casual player only and not very good at this game so if playing with someone who regularly goes negative on kills to deaths bothers you, you would not enjoy playing with me! Haha :)

This site sadly needs a dedicated individual who will set a day and time for TF gaming. Then show up and run it. Not tournaments, just gathering times. Depending on interest, it could be MM, Customs or both.

If anyone is reading this, you should probably ignore this thread and post in the other Titanfall thread that Deep mentioned. This one is kind of redundant :)
P.S. Deep - A dedicated 2o2p Titanfall night would be awesome. I wish I could be "that guy", but my time with family makes my playing time too infrequent and irregular. Some nights I only get 30 minutes, other nights none. But it would be great to have a group to join for regular games.
I've been away for a little while, been really concentrating on my physio rehab (been really going at it hard lately), but defintely need to return to playing with you guys on the the ole XB1, and I will play with anyone.

I still have yet to hook up with any 2o2p people playing Titanfall. Is everybody already sick of this game?
I'm thinking TF will be the best FPS I never got to play much.
That's cool. No worries. I've just kind of enjoyed taking a break from Halo. I still love that game, but it's been fun to do something else.
It seems like the XB1 interface is not as easy as the 360 for when it comes to checking friends, inviting them, etc. Or maybe I'm just not used to it yet.
Speaking of Halo, the MCC may bring more players back to the fold. But the more I think about this, the less excited I am. Do I really want to play nothing but Halo 2 and 3 customs, which I what friends and clannies from this site will doubtless be doing? The answer is no. I'd rather play Halo 4, which makes me the odd man out because every Halo player I know does nothing but bitch and gripe about that game. So the MCC may not be as great as I was hoping it would be. What do you think, Deep?
Apologies Vix, I meant I was playing TF and didn't send you an invite because of the reason I stated. My point was, people were playing but not always getting together. If TF was during and part of my dedicated time, more invites would be sent.
The XB1 invite system is a cranky beast sometimes. Especially so when playing TF, since the servers time you out very quickly. A pain in the ass.
I don't know anything for sure about what clans will be playing for TMCC. I'll offer what people want on Thursday night. Obviously the old Halo titles will have initial interest but it could be that Halo 4 looks so good people will not mind playing it. Time will tell.
September: Halo fans of all stripes leave Halo to play Destiny.
November: Halo fans leave Destiny for TMCC.
December: Halo fans leave TMCC for Halo 5 Beta.
January: Halo fans leave Halo behind (been there done that) and go back to Destiny, TITANFALL, COD obviously and whatever else might be new on XB1.
My Ouija board says Halo multiplayer, for all titles and consoles, is sparsely populated come March.

It sucks that a ten year old game has be even close to excited, but the fact of the matter is that we haven't had a game that's put together so well since Halo 3. Reach was an interesting take, and Halo 4 started coming back and Titanfall is about as close as you can get to a direct hit, but it still lacks/fails in a few very key areas.
Deep - Yes, I believe your Oujia board is calling this one correctly. I asked my Magic 8 Ball about it and it agrees :)

I'll never leave Halo from here until Halo 5 release next year!

Sure, man. No sweat! I'll be back to playing me some Halo 4 come MCC in November. I'm more excited to have that on XB1 than H2 or H3, honestly. H3 was my entry point to the series, and most of my memories of playing it are that I sucked to the extreme. I doubt I would fare much better in H2.

Potentially looking for a new clan (unless OMM is still looking) or at the very least some XBOX ONE players interested in a casual player (I play when my wife lets me...LMAO - usually for about an hour or so a night with some crazy 3 hour nights when I can get the wife out of the house!).

I'm not aware of much Clan specific activity.
I don't think I'll ever abandon Halo. The story is what pulled me in, and the community cemented it for me.
