Mass Effect 1-3 Collection on PS3

Electronic Arts and BioWare are packaging the Mass Effect trilogy as a single package this fall, giving you Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3 for $59.99.

Even better, the original Mass Effect is coming to PlayStation 3. The catch? The trilogy package is coming to Xbox 360 and PC on November 6, while the PS3 compilation is “at a later date.”

In addition to a package deal, the original Mass Effect will be available as a standalone download on PlayStation Network, whenever that version is finished.

This coincides with the announcement of N7 Day on November 6, a “worldwide celebration” of the franchise that will coincide with a “variety of in-game, online and live events.”

So, I might be interested in a re-playthrough of the first two games after all on PS3.  I am sure they'll be required to offer trophy support for the first one.

Only took about 90 hours each for the first two games to 100%, a little less for the newest one.
