In order to set up Mumble I would highly recommend using the set up wizard. From there you can enter in the server information and meet up in the GW2 channel. I'll try to find us a better starting server as well. See you online
FYI, mumble has an iOS app. You guys probably all ready know about it tho. <--- noob

Can not connect to server???
Doesn't start up for me now. Keep getting "Referal from Server" error. I've tried re-installing on both drives and get the same error.
Do you have 1.2.3a? There was a cert error with one of the versions.
Looks to be 1.2.3 from your link above. So sounds like there is a newer version I need to track down. I'll see if I can find it tomorrow night.

Well, I tried to do the Mumble on-site chat to get help......once they found out it was command channel they told me to contact them
I can not find an actual phone number to contact them....they seem to want to do it through e-mail or forum post which is aweful!!! Anyone know a number to call command channel?

Yes, and you will see different rooms. There's a GW2, Diablo, SWTOR, WoW Room and maybe a couple more. Just double click on the room you want.

Crap....I'll have to try to find a configure. All I could see for options last night was "Connect" or "Add New".

I will get in and talk to you but I am not playing your silly game.
I think a lot of people are nervous since we have some long time mumble users in there. I see people pop in from time to time, but they don't say much. Personally I couldn't play this game without a mumble chat.
Yeah, that'd be me. I'll pipe up if I got something worthwhile to contribute...but I pretty much never do. Plus a lot of the discussions you pretty much had to be in with this crowd for a while to know where a lot of the references, peoples & events that had been discussed. Not that I care mind you, it's all good. But that's why I don't say much. I do try to make a point to log into Mumble when I'm on GW2, but I didn't make it this weekend.

I don't blame you. It takes a while to get into a convo of friends. Just know that we all didn't start out that way either and LOVE to have new people in mumble. Nothing is more fun then shooting the shit while gaming.
The "social" aspect is what keeps me coming back to any particular game. Forza would be in the trash if it wasn't for the crew at 2O4F. I have too much fun ribbing w/ the guys and rubbing fenders, so I am willing to overlook the shortcomings of the game.

I agree with Sherb. I've popped in a few times, but never have much to say, so I always feel like I'm just eavesdropping. I'm hoping to join you guys for some WvW though and I think that'll make things better instead of just being on mumble while I'm off crafting or questing somewhere by myself.

Seems to be weird again...tried setting it up on my laptop but no dice. All the info is correct too.
Ah nvm...realized it wouldn't let me connect with the same username. It gives a password error, but really it is the duplicate name on two machines it looks like because it works fine now.
Figured I'd get the most eyes here. Mumble quit working on me the other day. No changes have been made. It just gives me the error below when I try to connect. Even deleted the server info and recreated it.
Just confused really.
try using a difrfent username. you porpbably lost the certficate. Or have an admin delete the server side account.
Happens to me alot when i swtich machines.
