new to site

hello everyone. i new on here i saw this on xbox live on the community play date for mw3. im a 35 year old gamer and i mainly play shooters. mw2 black ops mw3 and soon to be playin black ops 2. i was lookin to join a group but not sure how to do it, if anyone could help me out i would grately appreciate it
