I have two decks I wanted to test for Sunday, a green baru/overwhelm type deck, and a blue illusion deck.
Unfortunately I am going to have to miss the tourny because I will be at work. I thought I was going to be able to go in at 1:00 but I'm going to have to be there at noon. I have to meet and hang out with the cast of Nunset Boulevard, a musical comedy. The main actor is Cindy Williams (yes, Shirley from Laverne and Shirley).
Not the first time GM has not been able to attend his own tourney. I speak from experience. But, SWEET, about Cindy Williams. I used to watch that show. Ahem, I'm not sure what that says about me. I know I have mono decks, just have to dig one out. Or spend some time tomorrow building a new one. New ones mean I get to buy new cards. Yay!
Well, I was enjoying myself before my DSL connection started blinking off. I'm pissed because I called them last week about this and all she said was put a filter on my phone jack. It obviously didn't help. This seems to happen only in the daytime, when internet activity is highest. They just switched me to a different setup with higher baud rate...the discount time has now gone down so my bill is higher, but my connection went to crap....Really the only thing I need it for is MTGO...I watch movies & vids at night & there doesnt seem to be the problem then.
I'm gonna be bitchy tomorrow when I call them.

Took some dust of a deck i used a while ago , removed an arti and replaced it for something cheap.gif "20")
Then i realized that this was a very cheap deck to build so i did a pricecheck..........only $1.38 (excluded basic lands).gif "96")
Mmmm i don't remember winning the tourny with this deck so perhaps i'll tweak it a bit.
