Question for painters...

I have seen liveries that I cannot believe have been done within Forza alone, I'm sure I have seen mention of Photoshop being used...If that is so how? if not I stand aghast and bemused...

I don't know how you'd use photoshop and import that stuff into Forza. I have seen vids on Youtube of people making liveries in a fast forward time lapse... Wow. 6+ hours of manipulating little shapes and stuff to make some of those murals on cars. I think it's more a function of vision and patience, and creativity than using an external program.

Like you when I first saw some of the amazing detail and shading on some of the paint jobs out there, I was convinced they had to be produced outside Forza, I now know that this is not  thge case, and all work has to be produced in house as it were, the level of skill of some painters leads me to beleive that they must have some form of art background or training, its the detail of shading, use of perspective etc, for the humble like myself, that is somewhere I am never going to reach, I just do not have the in depth knowledge required to produce works of art like that.

still I keep trying, cough cough green golf ball

Training or not they are artists, I will like you never reproduce work like that, a nice race livery is my limit...

Then again, I have done some oldschool hor rod paints, more like airbrushing a bit...

I want to thank all painters for the stuff I'm able to put on my cars. My problem is that I'm not able to put the designs on my car. Every time I try to do it the red ring just keeps circling counter clockwise until I get frustrated and turn off my machine. The latest was with Church Pro's F1 Radical NEC design he kindly gifted me. Is it because I have my screen setting at the extreme 90? I went back to 70 and it still didn't work. Could it be something with my machine? Any guidance would be welcomed.

Turn off the multiscreen option, reboot machine, and you "should" be ok. You will have to turn it back on and reboot again to race...

Worked.  Thanks.  But will have to schedule a time to load all the designs.  The multiscreen cockpit view at 90 is my preferred way to race.  Much more realistic.  I'll just have to jump back and forth.

Great!
