Another way to get an edge solo is to park a vehicle near one of the pickup points, use a second vehicle to drive between others, then use the "teleport to vehicle" feature to jump to your parked car.

It makes it a lot easier honestly, you can coordinate people to most of locations, and do in like 30 secs lol.
