Sunday Feb 9
I apologize for the poor oganization last Sunday.
Between the league matches going on and the newbies in the clan room the tourny didn't stand a chance! I would suggest that this week we forego the tourny format and play random games with the newbies and catch up on league matches.

Fine with me. How about y'all?
Doesnt matter to me as long as I can play magic
Since I'm not in this league and won't be catching up on any matches, I don't mind GMing a tourney this Sunday if there is interest from the newbies and any vets who want to join in. We could do a format that's relatively easy to build for, like tribal or something. Just let me know. If not, I will just try to catch some of you in a couple casual games.
I'll vote for that HoH. I'll prolly play in it also.
I'm up for anything.......
Okay, cool. Lets go ahead and plan to do Tribal this Sunday. As usual, the decks should be "casual competitive" - i.e. no decks that swarm someone and essentially win by turn 2 or 3. So no goblins, elves, merfolk, zombies, etc. Just use your best judgment :). If we get 4 or more people who show up and want to play Sunday, I'll GM the tourney.
So...What tribe won? I'm bummed I missed it.
I had 2 brand new decks made plus got into remaking a couple older Tribal decks at the same time. That's the first real burst of deck-building energy I've had in quite awhile.
Sorry you missed it, Nite. It came down to me (Assassins) and PH (Elephants). My assassins ended up winning out. The most original deck was Fortune's Zubera deck (I had never even heard of these guys). It was quite effective, which I witnessed first hand when he took me behind the shed and beat me senseless in the first round
