I've used the same RS deck for a couple years now. Think it's time I updated.
Can you clarify the rules? They can be altered so I want to make sure I'm legal.
Do all spells have to be mono-colored?
For land are we using 4 of each basic land and then 4 of anything we want?
Can artifacts be used in a color slot if they are colored (ie, dispeller's capsule)?

Awwww, I actually like RS. But, I will be in flight to Florida Sunday morning. We are checking out places we might like to live. Moving there in about a year. Hope!!!
